About Jim Carty:

Jim Carty, CSP, is a Sales Communication Specialist who empowers organizations to convert suspects and prospects into repeating and referring, advocates and confidantes. His company AltiMark Business Group provides business development and management training, focusing on developing interpersonal relationships and fundamental sales skills through clear communication. Jim is currently also serving as 2009 president for the Ottawa Chapter of the Canadian Association of Professional Speakers.

About Dave Newby:

David Newby has been in sales and relationship management for 24 years. Originally from financial sales in the UK, David moved to Frankfurt, Germany in 1995, where he co-founded and developed a multi-million dollar business-skills training organization. He arrived in Ottawa in 2006, and is the owner of Cabot Business Training Ltd, as well as Territory Coordinator (Canada) for IOWEU International. David was a finalist in the Ottawa Business Achievement Awards in 2008, and works as a trainer, coach and consultant to diverse businesses around North America, and Europe.
